Civil Site Engineer – Villa Construction (G+2) in Dubai

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day execution of G+2 villa construction projects. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinate with consultants, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authorities. Manage site personnel, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams. Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability on site. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the construction site. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience supervising G+2 villa construction projects in Dubai. Registered and approved by Dubai Municipality (preferred to be eligible for appointment as the company’s responsible engineer). Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and construction standards. Proven experience in site supervision and managing all phases of construction. Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities. Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage. UAE driving license is preferred.
