CIVIL SALES ENGINEER

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Overseeing, managing, and instructing the construction team, as well as contractors and subcontractors. Enlightening site workers on construction safety regulations and guidelines, and accident protocol. Keeping and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of construction employee attendance. Monitoring and assessing the performance of construction employees and implementing disciplinary measures as required. Examining and analyzing blueprints to make sure that construction projects are in strict compliance with design, safety, and budget specifications. Desired Candidate Profile Knowledge of drawings and implementing to site. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Must have working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior. UAE Driving License is a must for this position.
