Civil Project Manager

Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans that meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards, addressing any issues promptly. Prepare detailed project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and progress reports, to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in civil project management, particularly in infrastructure or commercial projects. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly advantageous.
