Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee and manage the financial operations of a diversified Holding Group engaged in multiple business sectors. The candidate will be responsible for group financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, audits, and financial analysis across various business units while ensuring financial transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial awareness, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex financial structures within a multi-company environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare consolidated financial statements and group financial reports. Oversee accounting operations across multiple business divisions and subsidiaries. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the group companies. Monitor cash flow, investments, profitability, and financial performance of all business units. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits for the group companies. Review financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management. Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury functions. Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and management reports. Support contract reviews, business evaluations, and investment analysis. Liaise with banks, auditors, government authorities, and financial institutions. Monitor financial risks and implement corrective actions where necessary. Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams across different business sectors. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information. Desired Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 7–15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a Holding Group or multi-business organization. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and compliance. Experience handling consolidated accounts for multiple entities. Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of GCC/Qatar financial regulations and VAT requirements is preferred.
