Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of Legend Holding Group and its diverse business units. The CFO will ensure financial stability, drive sustainable growth, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and the board of directors. The role demands strategic oversight of financial activities across multi-brand car trading, rent-a-car services, new car dealerships, and after-sales service centres, ensuring alignment with the group’s mission and objectives. Key Result Areas (KRAs): The CFO’s performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Result Areas, aligned with organizational KPIs and tailored to the group’s diverse automotive operations: Financial Performance and Growth: o Objective: Achieve agreed % year-on-year increase in group-wide revenue and profitability across multi-brand car trading, rent-a-car, dealerships, and after-sales service centres. o KPI: Revenue growth, EBITDA margin, and return on investment (ROI) for each business unit. o Timeline: Quarterly review with monthly progress assessments. o Measurement: Consolidated financial reports and divisional performance dashboards. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role (CFO or equivalent) in a multi-business or holding company environment, preferably in the automotive industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE automotive sector, including car trading, rental services, dealership operations, and after-sales services. Skills: o Exceptional financial acumen and strategic thinking. o Proven ability to manage complex financial operations across diverse business units. o Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with financial institutions and stakeholders. o Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. o Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and align diverse teams.
