Carpenter Site Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and manage all carpentry and joinery works at the project site. Coordinate daily activities of carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors. Read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications. Ensure proper installation of joinery items, furniture, doors, cabinets, wall cladding, ceilings, and other woodwork. Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within deadlines. Conduct site measurements and coordinate with the production and design teams. Ensure material availability and proper utilization at the site. Maintain quality standards and ensure finishing meets client requirements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding site progress. Identify and resolve site-related issues and technical problems. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures. Prepare daily work reports and manpower updates. Inspect completed work and rectify snag items if required Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and furniture installation works. Ability to read technical/shop drawings. Good leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of site safety procedures. Good communication and problem-solving skills. UAE driving license is an added advantage.
