CA - Company Incorporation

Manage end-to-end company incorporation across UAE Mainland, Freezone and Offshore jurisdictions. Advise clients on business structures, licensing and regulatory requirements . Handle corporate compliance, UBO, ESR, AML, licence renewals and other statutory requirements. Liaise with Freezone authorities, DED/DET, banks and UAE government authorities . Assist with business setup, visa processing, bank account opening and corporate documentation . Advise clients on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, accounting and compliance . Manage client relationships and business development activities . Handle HNW clients, international businesses and cross-border structuring assignments. Lead assignments and coordinate with legal, audit and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience . Strong experience in UAE Company Incorporation, Corporate Advisory and Compliance . Excellent knowledge of UAE business setup regulations and corporate laws . Strong experience dealing with Freezones, DED/DET and regulatory authorities . Excellent client handling, communication and business development skills. Strong UAE market network and connections preferred. Ability to independently manage clients and lead assignments .
