Business Development Partner — Network & Relationship

The Opportunity We're looking for a senior, well-connected BFSI or financial-services professional to open doors and build strategic relationships for B2K Analytics across the UAE. This suits a former bank or financial-services executive, or an independent consultant, whose primary value is an established network of senior relationships — not day-to-day prospecting. What You'll Do Open relationships with senior decision-makers at target institutions across the UAE Introduce B2K's research, risk and advisory capabilities into your network Coordinate with B2K's central team to convert relationships into client engagements Represent B2K at industry forums and networking events across the UAE Share market feedback — competitor activity, client needs, regulatory shifts Compensation This is a commission-based engagement with no fixed retainer or base pay — earnings are tied directly to the business you generate, with no cap on upside. It suits someone who wants their effort and network to translate directly into reward, rather than a predictable fixed income. Detailed commission terms are discussed and agreed during the interview process, based on your experience and the accounts you bring. Desired Candidate Profile 8–20+ years of senior experience in banking, financial services, financial information, consulting or research A genuine, active network of senior relationships in the UAE Able to operate under your own trade license or freelance permit — this is an independent engagement, not an employment position An entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable owning outcomes and building a book of business rather than working to a fixed brief Comfortable operating independently and representing B2K professionally Fluent English; Arabic is a plus Employment Type Volunteer
