We are looking for a Business Development Officer Training Services to drive revenue growth for AmCham Egypt's Career Development Center (CDC). In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, expand the corporate client portfolio, and promote tailored training solutions that help organizations develop their people and achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities Drive Business Growth: Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients to expand the CDC's market presence. Promote Training Solutions: Present the center's training programs and services, converting business opportunities into successful partnerships. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients. Understand Client Needs: Identify organizational training requirements and prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track leads, conduct follow-ups, negotiate terms, and close business opportunities. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet assigned revenue objectives and contribute to the center's overall business growth. Monitor the Market: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in corporate training and development. Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with Learning & Development, Operations, and Marketing to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain Accurate Records: Prepare regular sales reports, monitor performance, and maintain updated client and pipeline information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in sales or business development
