Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and acquire clients, brands, agencies, and strategic partners
• Drive revenue generation and achieve business development targets
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop partnerships with influencers, creators, agencies, brands, and talent networks
• Plan and execute influencer marketing and digital marketing campaigns
• Identify emerging social media and creator trends to develop high-impact campaigns
• Negotiate commercials, campaign rates, deliverables, and partnerships
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities
• Build long-term client and creator relationships
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, profitability, and ROI. Research new market opportunities and emerging creators
