Business Development Manager

Business Development & New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE. Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with HR, Procurement, Operations, and senior decision-makers. Sales & Revenue Growth: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding. Solution Selling: Promote manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, payroll, and workforce solutions based on client requirements. Market Development: Identify new industries, market opportunities, and potential accounts to expand business. Internal Coordination: Work closely with Recruitment, Operations, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Sales Targets: Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Desired Candidate Profile 7–10 years of UAE experience in business development within manpower outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, or HR services. Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation. Strong UAE corporate network and knowledge of the local market. Experience selling manpower, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions to corporate clients. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
