Business Development Manager

Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and pipeline targets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Business Applications. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates. Develop new business opportunities within enterprise and government sectors. Lead consultative sales engagements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM), Power Platform, Azure, and AI/Copilot solutions. Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers. Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling. Understand customer business challenges and position Microsoft solutions accordingly. Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations with Presales teams. Collaborate with Delivery, Presales, and Microsoft Partner teams to develop winning proposals and ensure successful project handover. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Support Microsoft co-sell initiatives, partner engagement, and marketing events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record selling ERP/CRM solutions to enterprise and government customers. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI/Copilot. Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with RFPs, solution proposals, and CRM tools (Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce). Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications are an added advantage. Preferred: Fluent in Arabic and English. Employment Type Full-time
