Generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out and turnkey projects Build relationships with consultants, architects, designers, developers, project management companies, and corporate clients Secure projects through networking, cold calling, meetings, presentations, tenders, and prequalification opportunities Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings Coordinate project handovers and support long-term client satisfaction Desired Candidate Profile ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field ✅ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in business development within interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or turnkey solutions ✅ Strong UAE network of consultants, architects, developers, and corporate clients ✅ Proven record of achieving sales targets and securing fit-out projects ✅ Experience in tendering, prequalification, BOQs, and RFP opportunities ✅ Good understanding of fit-out processes, contracts, and the complete project lifecycle ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ✅ Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory ✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage What We Offer: Salary of AED 8,000–10,000 per month, based on experience Attractive commission and performance incentives Employment visa and medical insurance Annual leave and UAE public holidays Career growth within a dynamic and expanding organisation If you have strong industry connections and a proven ability to win profitable fit-out projects, we would be pleased to hear from you.
