Business Development Manager EOR & Workforce Solutions

We re looking for a commercially sharp, network-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth of our EOR, Employee Outsourcing, and Workforce Solutions portfolio across the UAE. This is a role for a closer, not a learner. We need someone who already has an active book of UAE corporate relationships, understands the EOR/outsourcing sales cycle inside out, and can start generating pipeline and closing deals within the first 30 days. Key Responsibilities Own and grow the EOR, Employee Outsourcing, and Workforce Solutions revenue line Activate your existing network to generate qualified opportunities from day one Identify, approach, and close new corporate clients across the UAE Manage the full sales cycle prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract closure Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, HR Directors, and business owners Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery Track UAE market trends across EOR, outsourcing, payroll, and workforce management to spot new opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

What You Bring An existing portfolio of active UAE corporate relationships you can activate immediately 5+ years of business development experience in EOR, Employee Outsourcing, HR Services, Recruitment, Payroll Outsourcing, or Workforce Solutions A demonstrated track record of hitting revenue targets in a UAE B2B sales environment Strong negotiation, deal-structuring, and stakeholder management skills Existing relationships with HR/procurement decision-makers in UAE mainland and free zone companies UAE driving license and own vehicle Familiarity with UAE labour law, WPS, and free zone/mainland hiring structures
