Business Development Manager

Identify, target and convert new oil and gas freight forwarding accounts. Build strong relationships with commercial, procurement and operational decision-makers. Lead RFQs, tenders, proposals, pricing discussions and contract negotiations with support from internal teams. Deliver agreed revenue and gross profit targets. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records. Develop practical freight solutions that meet customer requirements and operational capabilities. Coordinate account implementation, customer reviews and service escalations with pricing, customer service and operations teams. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the UAE oil and gas logistics sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

What You Will Bring At least five years experience in a similar business development or freight forwarding sales role. Proven Middle East freight forwarding sales experience, ideally within the UAE. A demonstrable record of winning oil and gas customers and securing profitable new business. Experience managing tenders, RFQs, proposals and commercial negotiations. Strong understanding of freight forwarding solutions, pricing and account implementation. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with commercial, customer service and operations teams.
