Requirements

• 3 5+ years in B2B Sales / Pest Control / Facilities Management The ideal candidate should be a target-oriented and proactive business development professional with strong B2B sales experience and the ability to generate new business, develop key accounts, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships. Candidates with existing experience and networks in the UAE pest control, facilities management, cleaning, hygiene, or environmental services sector will be considered favorably. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in pest control, facilities management, environmental services, or B2B service sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key accounts. Strong B2B sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of the UAE market and business environment. Knowledge of UAE pest control regulations and government tender procedures will be an advantage.
