Position: Business Development Manager Aviation

Dubai, UAE We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of the region s largest and most established groups, providing integrated solutions across manpower services, environmental management and specialised support functions. This Business Development Manager Aviation role focuses on winning new business and growing manpower outsourcing solutions across airlines, airports, ground handling, cargo and MRO. The role will manage the full sales cycle, from building the pipeline and developing client relationships through to tenders, commercial negotiations and securing large-scale contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the aviation sector
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, delivering against revenue and headcount targets
• Lead tenders, RFP/RFQ submissions and negotiate commercial terms, pricing and SLAs
• Develop tailored manpower solutions based on client workforce and operational requirements
• Manage key client relationships and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years Business Development experience, ideally within manpower outsourcing or aviation services
• Proven track record of winning and managing large-scale manpower contracts
• Strong knowledge of the GCC market and aviation/business environment
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially driven, proactive and confident building senior-level client relationships
