Business Development Manager- Arabic (staffing industry experience)

Required Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales. Proven experience in B2B IT sales and new business development. Strong experience in IT product and solution sales. Hands-on experience selling cybersecurity products, solutions, or services. Strong understanding of the UAE IT and cybersecurity market. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, negotiate, and close deals. Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure. Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Ability to engage with C-level and senior business/technology stakeholders. Experience using CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines and forecasts. Strong commercial awareness and target-oriented approach.
