Business Development Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, email, job portals and other online channels. Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn messages and calls to introduce our services and qualify their interest. Schedule discovery calls or meetings for the founder/senior team with interested prospects. Maintain an organised pipeline of leads, follow-ups and responses in Excel/CRM tools. Track daily outreach numbers (emails, messages, calls) and ensure weekly and monthly targets are met. Collaborate with the founder/team to refine outreach scripts, pitches and target segments. Share regular reports on lead quality, response rates and booked meetings. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image in all interactions. Desired Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in outreach, lead generation, inside sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Comfortable with cold outreach, following scripts and handling objections. Good understanding of LinkedIn, email tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Prior experience in agency, SaaS, IT services or digital marketing sales is an advantage. Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
