Business Development Executive

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided leads database. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding property listings. Explain property features, pricing, and availability to prospective buyers or tenants. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Provide updates on promotional campaigns and new project launches. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Post a minimum of 3 videos per week on social media in collaboration with the company’s official social media pages.

Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Freshers and candidates with sales/customer service experience are welcome to apply. Real estate experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
