Business Development Executive

WE RE HIRING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE SOWCIAL Advertising Agency is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B sales and new client acquisition, with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch and convert opportunities into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities * Generate new B2B leads and build a strong prospect database. * Identify and reach key decision-makers within target companies. * Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct prospecting. * Schedule and conduct face-to-face and online meetings with potential clients. * Present and sell SOWCIAL s marketing services, including Social Media Management, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, PR, Branding, and related solutions. * Prepare and follow up on proposals and commercial opportunities. * Negotiate and close new business deals. * Consistently achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit regular performance reports. * Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements * Proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development. * Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing. * Marketing, advertising, digital, social media, or agency experience is highly preferred. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Target-driven and comfortable with proactive outreach. * Strong English and Arabic communication skills. * Must have a car and be available for client meetings. * Based in Lebanon.
