Business Development Executive - Heavy Equipment and PMV

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with proven UAE experience in heavy vehicle and equipment rental. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, securing long-term rental contracts, and expanding the company’s client base within construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure rental opportunities for heavy vehicles and construction equipment (excavators, backhoe loaders, cranes, dump trucks, trailers, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers
• Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and tender portals
• Prepare competitive quotations, rental agreements, and commercial proposals
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Coordinate with operations, fleet, and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and timely deployment
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of UAE experience in heavy vehicle/equipment rental sales. Strong network within construction and infrastructure companies in UAE. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of rental pricing models and project-based contracts. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Employment Type Full-time
