Business Development and Marketing Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The role requires strong experience in handling relationships with organizations such as ADNOC, TAQA, DEWA, FEWA, and other government/semi-government entities, along with expertise in tender documentation and bidding processes. Monitor business opportunities, tenders, and market developments within the infrastructure, construction, and energy sectors. Support the preparation and submission of tender documents, pre-qualification documents, expressions of interest (EOIs), and bid proposals. Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, commercial, and administrative inputs for tender submissions. Maintain a database of potential opportunities, clients, and market intelligence. Assist in developing business development strategies and marketing materials. Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender procedures, and submission deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, tendering, or marketing roles within UAE infrastructure, construction, EPC, or energy sectors. Proven experience dealing with UAE government entities and major organizations. Strong knowledge of UAE tendering processes, bidding requirements, and pre-qualification procedures. Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Strong understanding of the UAE market and infrastructure/construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office applications and tender management systems.
