BUSINESS DEVELEOPMENT HOSPITAL FIELD

Prior experience in the hospital field is mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience in business development, sales, marketing, healthcare, homecare, or a related industry is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate organizations, and other referral partners.

Promote homecare, rehabilitation, nursing, and healthcare services to potential clients and partners.

Follow up on leads, enquiries, referrals, and prospective clients to convert opportunities into business.

Develop and maintain a database of clients, leads, corporate contacts, and referral sources.

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and awareness initiatives.

Manage social media and digital marketing activities in coordination with the management team.

Prepare marketing materials, presentations, service proposals, and promotional content.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Track business development activities, lead conversions, and marketing performance.

Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing activities, client acquisition, and business growth.
