Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field 2+ years experience in business analysis or related role Experience gathering and documenting requirements Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools SQL Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI) Process mapping (BPMN) Requirements tools (Jira, Confluence) Stakeholder management and clear communication Analytical thinking and attention to detail
