Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the service redesign effort for Workstream 1: map current AMAN service journey end-to-end, identify gaps, and define the target-state service model Draft functional requirements in Arabic and English for the new e-services platform, CMS workflows, and mobile application Conduct stakeholder interviews with SCDA, building owners, AMC contractors, and internal SANED teams to capture service requirements Document current-state and target-state process flows using standard tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent) Translate regulatory requirements from SCDA into structured functional specifications Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well-specified before development begins Maintain a requirements traceability matrix for all platform developments Prepare Arabic-language service design documents for SCDA review and alignment Desired Candidate Profile 4–6 years in a Business Analyst, Service Designer, or Requirements Analyst role Experience in government digital services, e-service platforms, or regulated industries strongly preferred Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Facilities Management Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords CMS WorkflowBusiness AnalystTechnical Business AnalystProcess ImprovementStrategy AnalystBusiness Intelligence AnalystFunctional AnalystProduct Analyst Get real-time job updates only on our App
