Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Implementation of and compliance with standards and guidelines for the Warehouse Management System and WMS related tools Developing and testing EDI/REST API interfaces for customers using data integration platform such as Lobster Data Design and configuration of documents and labels using BarTender and Jasper Creation and execution of live dashboards using Power BI and SQL Database Requirement gathering by conducting IT workshops with customer. Understanding customer’s system and requirements in depth. Creation of user requirement specification document. Customer facing and project lead regarding interfaces and WMS implementation. Provide End User Training on the agreed upon processes in the WMS as a part of each project implementation and prepare end user training guideline documents. Change request management. Participation in and execution of WMS and EDI projects. Act systematically and define priorities to complete tasks according to a timeline and budget with milestones. Being able to foresee future challenges and proactively plan solutions. Identify improvement projects and be accountable for implementation. Must be willing to travel within the region. Desired Candidate Profile Strong experience with data integration platforms, EDI, and REST API development. Expert-level knowledge of WMS, preferably LFS AS400. Skilled in SQL and data visualization using Power BI. Minimum 3 years’ experience in API/EDI/customer integration, ideally in logistics. Experience with programing languages like Python. Experience with MS Power Platform. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. R&D mindset with attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines. Be flexible with working hours and travel requirements within the region.
