Business Analyst – Business Banking

Business Analysis & Requirements Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. Conduct requirement workshops with business and operations teams. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Business Banking Expertise Lead initiatives related to Customer Onboarding & KYC Account Maintenance Customer Due Diligence CDD Cash Management Stakeholder Management Work closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams. Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthrough sessions. Manage requirement change requests and impact assessments. Testing & Delivery Support SIT and UAT activities. Prepare test scenarios and business validation scripts. Participate in production readiness and post-implementation support. Desired Candidate Profile 6+ years of Business Analysis experience Minimum 3 years in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Corporate Banking Strong understanding of Banking Operations and Regulatory requirements Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models Knowledge of KYC & AML FATCA / CRS Business Account Opening Corporate Customer Servicing Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio/Draw io CBAP, PMI PBA, or Agile Certification preferred Banking experience within the UAE/GCC market preferred Employment Type Full-time
