Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights . Shape and communicate our vision and mission . Translate brand strategy into plans and go-to-market initiatives . Lead creative development process with our agency partners . Set performance goals including sales targets and brand health indicators . Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI . Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities . Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities . Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions . Lead innovative growth initiatives in relation to product and packaging innovations . Align the company around the brand s direction, choices and tactics .
