Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Boutique Admin Assistant is responsible for uniform allocation, system updates, and uniform distribution at the assigned camp location. This role enrolls staff into the Uniform Management System, allocates and distributes uniforms in line with staff requirements, and keeps system records updated at the location level, working under the direction of the Boutique Admin Supervisor. KEY RESPONSIBILITY ● Enroll staff into the Uniform Management System at the assigned camp location by registering personal details, capturing uniform requirements, and issuing QR codes. ● Allocate uniforms to staff at the assigned location, ensuring correct sizing and quantity in line with individual requirements. ● Distribute uniforms to staff at the assigned location, ensuring timely delivery in line with camp schedules. ● Update the Uniform Management System with accurate, location-level records of uniform allocations, returns, and replacements. ● Perform stock checks at the assigned location, flagging shortages or discrepancies to the Boutique Admin Supervisor. ● Manage uniform returns and exchanges at the location level and maintain accurate supporting records. ● Report daily/weekly allocation and distribution activity at the assigned location to the Boutique Admin Supervisor. ● Escalate any uniform-related queries, issues, or system discrepancies to the Boutique Admin Supervisor promptly. Desired Candidate Profile ● High school diploma or equivalent. ● 1+ years of experience in retail, inventory management, or a similar role is preferred. ● Familiarity with digital record-keeping systems (e.g., Uniform Store Software). ● Basic technical skills to operate QR code scanners and related tools.
