BIM Architect / Modeler

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and manage BIM models from concept design through construction documentation, ensuring adherence to project standards and client requirements. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate disciplines within the BIM environment, resolving clashes and spatial conflicts proactively. Generate detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and reports directly from the BIM model, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all project deliverables. Implement and enforce BIM execution plans (BEPs), setting up project templates, libraries, and workflows to optimize team efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience in Revit/BIM software Technical Skills (where applicable): Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and modeling software. Preferred Experience: Large-scale landscape projects, hospitality developments, mixed-use developments, public realm projects, parks, and luxury residential developments. Industry Background: Architectural Firms, Landscape Consultancies, or Interior Design Companies.
