Bilingual Social Media Coordinator (English and Arabic Speaking)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily posting schedules across approved social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other assigned channels. Create, edit, and publish short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and campus highlight videos. Capture original photo and video content featuring students, alumni, faculty, and campus life. Plan and execute student and alumni testimonial content and success story videos. Edit videos using approved tools to include subtitles, branding overlays, captions, and music where appropriate. Prepare captions, hashtags, and post formats according to brand guidelines. Provide live social media coverage of university events, Open Days, exhibitions, ceremonies, and campus activities. Monitor comments, direct messages, and inquiries and escalate admissions-related leads to the relevant teams. Maintain organized content libraries, caption banks, and structured version control for all digital assets. Track content performance metrics and prepare summary reports. Ensure accuracy of published content, spelling, layout, and brand compliance before posting. Support execution of paid and organic video-led campaigns when required. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of video-first social media platforms and content formats. Proficiency in basic video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Ability to capture high-quality video and photo content using mobile devices and basic camera equipment. Strong writing skills, visual judgment, and attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines in a structured institutional environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Organized, proactive, and adaptable.
