Bidding Manager

Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and expertise for compelling proposals. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform bidding strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in bidding, tendering, or proposal management, preferably in a relevant industry. Professional certifications such as APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or similar are highly regarded.
