Bid & Proposal Coordinator

Review tender and RFP requirements and create submission checklists. Coordinate required information and documents across technical, finance, commercial, and operations teams. Assist in developing professional technical and commercial proposals. Ensure all required documents, forms, and supporting materials are included. Track bid progress, deadlines, approvals, and submission status. Maintain organised records of tenders, templates, and previous submissions. Monitor tender portals for new opportunities. Coordinate responses to client clarifications and post-submission requirements. Support senior team members on major bids. Independently manage smaller tenders as capability develops.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2 4 years of experience in tendering, bidding, proposals, contracts, or commercial coordination. Familiarity with RFP/RFQ and tender processes. Strong written English and professional communication skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Able to work effectively across multiple departments. Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, technical services, or facilities management is preferred. GCC/Qatar market experience is a plus.
