B2B Sales & Support Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We're a growing B2B software company building SaaS platforms that help businesses run their operations more efficiently. Our products serve companies across Lebanon and the wider region, and we're growing our commercial team to keep up with demand. This is a hybrid role that blends sales and account management with hands-on client support ideal for someone who enjoys both closing deals and building long-term relationships. Sales Respond to and qualify inbound leads; run outbound outreach to prospective clients Deliver product demos and walkthroughs tailored to each client's needs Prepare proposals, quotes and pricing packages Negotiate and close new business Manage your pipeline in our CRM and keep records up to date Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Support Act as the first point of contact for client questions and issues Guide new clients through onboarding and setup Coordinate with our product/technical team to resolve support tickets Monitor client health and proactively reach out to reduce churn Collect client feedback and relay it to the product team Desired Candidate Profile What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer support (SaaS experience is a strong plus) Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable juggling a sales pipeline and a support queue at the same time Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Nice to Have Experience selling or supporting software/SaaS products Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk tools Experience working with SMB or B2B clients Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords B2B Sales & Support Specialist Get real-time job updates only on our App
