B2B Sales Executive (Female Arabic Speaker)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Royal Rose Cosmetics LLC is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Female Arabic B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, building long-term business relationships, and achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the UAE. Visit salons, beauty centers, pharmacies, retail stores, and other potential business clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Present and promote the company's cosmetic products and new launches. Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives. Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments. Coordinate with the sales coordinator and warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/ERP system. Desired Candidate Profile Female candidate. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Previous B2B sales experience is required. Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industry is highly preferred. Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ZOHO CRM. Immediate joiners are preferred.
