Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Automation Engineer to join our Infrastructure Management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Azure and Jenkins, with a focus on Azure DevOps (ADO) as a deal breaker skill. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration and automation of our infrastructure processes, enhancing our operational efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps to automate deployment processes.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Implement security best practices in the cloud environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.

Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and its services.

Proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and services, particularly within the Azure ecosystem.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols in cloud environments.

Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Years of Experience

Must have worked as DevOps engineer with Azure experience for at least 5 years

Must have telecom experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Azure, DevOps, or cloud technologies are a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
