Associate HR Business partner for HR- Central team

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for HR. Support Organizational Development initiatives, including organizational design, PMS validation, feedback sessions and CA and Updating vacant list. Analyze workforce trends and recommend HR solutions that support business growth. Ensure implementation of Corrective actions applied and align with other HR functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HRBP, or HR Specialist non-medical/HR Strong hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle. Experience in Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including organizational structure, CBI, how to implement feedback sessions and corrective actions and employee development. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
