Associate Certification Tech (Power Automation/Apps Specialist)

Develop and customize Power Automate flows to automate business processes, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency. Design and build Power Apps solutions to streamline data collection, management, and user interaction. Integrate Power Platform components with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications. Troubleshoot and debug existing Power Automate flows and Power Apps to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power Platform solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed Power Automate flows and Power Apps. Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power Platform solutions. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of the Microsoft Power Platform. Assist in the testing and deployment of new Power Platform solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Power Platform governance and security practices.
