Assistant Project Manager

Support the Project Director with internal coordination across engineering and support teams and coordination with external stakeholders as required. Arrange, attend, and minute project meetings; track actions to closure and monitor progress. Prepare subcontractor requisitions and coordinate with subcontractors during task execution. Prepare progress updates, reports, and presentations to support management reporting. Maintain trackers, documentation, and records to support smooth project delivery. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Working knowledge of CAD and proficiency in MS Office and common project management tools. Experience supporting a PMO or program environment and managing multiple workstreams in parallel. Familiarity with basic project controls concepts (schedule tracking, risk/issue logs, change tracking). Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (or related discipline). Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably with infrastructure projects exposure. Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
