Assistant PRO (Public Relations Officer)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Handle the end-to-end processing of employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes via Amer, Tasheel, and GDRFA portals. Coordinate employee medical examinations, Emirates ID biometrics, and health insurance registration/renewals. Actively track and expedite the onboarding timeline for a high volume of delivery bike riders to ensure they are road-ready without delays. Maintain meticulous digital and physical records of employee passports, visas, labor contracts, and corporate licenses. Stay up to date with the latest UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government fees. Assist in visiting government departments when physical submissions or troubleshooting are required. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the UAE specifically handling corporate employee visa processing and labor applications. Experience managing visa logistics for a high-volume workforce such as delivery riders, contracting, or logistics sectors. Strong operating knowledge of UAE government portals including MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, GDRFA, Smart Channels. Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight onboarding deadlines. High attention to detail. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage.
