Assistant Manager, Quality Management

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Company: Nestl Maroc SA Location: Casablanca Full-time POSITION SUMMARY Quality Specialist support factories in specific areas of Quality and Food Safety (e.g. auditing, hygiene, pest control, Mico food safety, Allergens Management, HACCP, Quality pillar, FoB Management, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content management etc.) A DAY IN THE LIFE Hygiene : Drive compliance with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (Cleaning, IPM, routines at entry, zoning ) Monitor and analyze hygiene KPIs, tools and pathogen monitoring results. Support factories in implementation and effectiveness of GMPs ( zoning, cleaning effectiveness, pest management, and microbiological risks across the market) Surveillance & Monitoring: Coordinate surveillance plans for raw materials and finished products, ensuring effective execution and follow-up. Analyze surveillance data and identify trends. Monitor and follow up on chemical contaminant deviations, ensuring timely risk assessment, investigation, and closure. Provide inputs for MRQ Compliance Verification & Continuous improvement : Monitor compliance with internal Hygiene standards and ensure follow up on the identified gaps and non-conformities closure. Participate in the organization of MENA NMS audits, including audit planning, execution follow-up, and corrective action management. Documentation Management: Manage the documentation platform (Doxis) and provide support to stakeholders in their documentation control. Develop, review, and update Quality and Food Safety procedures and instruction when required. Quality & Food Safety Culture: Contribute to the development of the Quality and Food Safety culture across MENA, with a particular focus on hygiene and chemical contaminant management. Share best practices, lessons learned, and technical expertise across markets and factories to drive continuous improvement. Desired Candidate Profile Engineering, Food Science/ Food Engineering or related field. From 2 years of experiences on Quality management.
