Assistant Manager Business Development

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector. Prepare complete tender costing and pricing for Hard FM (MEP) and Soft Services. Prepare and submit tenders in line with client requirements and deadlines. Develop detailed costing for manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Procurement to gather all requirements for tender submissions. Maintain and regularly update the Business Development pipeline, including submitted, awarded, lost, expected, and renewal contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow up on business opportunities, tenders, and client requirements. Manage contract renewals, variations, and additional works. Monitor market opportunities and identify potential clients and projects. Desired Candidate Profile 6–8 years of experience in Business Development / Commercial roles. Preferably with UAE experience in Facility Management, covering both MEP (Hard Services) and Soft Services. Strong knowledge of FM tendering, costing, and pricing. Good understanding of manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor costing. Good knowledge of tender preparation and submission processes. Strong client communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain new business opportunities. Good knowledge of contract renewals, variations, and additional works. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Employment Type Full-time
