Assistant Manager - Finance

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, providing insightful analysis. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic financial plans. Conduct variance analysis, investigating discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to maintain financial health.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred. 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role. Proven experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing, retail) is a strong advantage. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
