Full-Time Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience About the Role Alpha Auto LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and providing professional communication with customers. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, develop their accounting skills, and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting and financial transactions. Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. Record and organize financial data and supporting documents. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Follow up with customers regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. Communicate professionally with customers and respond to basic accounting-related inquiries. Assist with bank and account reconciliations. Maintain accurate and organized accounting records. Support the Senior Accountant/Finance Team with daily accounting tasks. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required. Salary & Benefits AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time employment. Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good command of written and spoken English. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred. Employment Type Full-time
