Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Aramco Approved Procurement Engineer (Mandatory EPC Experience) Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) for bidding projects. Develop, optimize, and maintain procurement proposal procedures and work standards. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Participate in the evaluation of technical and commercial proposals. Coordinate material-related information among various departments. Ensure compliance with Quality Management and HSE requirements. Maintain and update procurement databases and records. Provide regular progress reports to management. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications & Requirements bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. 10–15 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects. Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Proposal, or Tendering activities. Mandatory Saudi Aramco project experience. Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, procurement practices, and vendor management requirements. Experience in Middle East EPC projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the EPC supply chain cycle. Preferred age range: 35–40 years. Additional Requirements Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
