Dubai, UAE Engagement: Freelance Work Arrangement: On-site About the Role An established educational and professional development organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Arabic-language freelancer to support the promotion and outreach of its educational, personal-development and parenting programmes in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Conduct approved outreach, including B2B outreach, and communicate with prospective clients, parents, educators, institutions and other relevant contacts. Respond to and qualify inquiries, identify prospective clients’ interests, and provide accurate information about approved programmes. Prepare promotional materials, proposals, presentations and follow-up messages. Create and support approved social-media, audio and video content. Maintain and update CRM records, manage lead and follow-up information, and keep the relevant pipeline organised. Prepare regular activity and outreach reports. Support registration-related communication and follow-up.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Excellent spoken and written Arabic and strong professional English. Relevant experience in promotion, outreach, education, training, parenting or personal development. Strong communication, presentation and content-creation skills. Experience with social media, digital content and CRM systems. Understanding of ethical marketing, confidentiality and professional communication. Professional, organised and able to work independently. Engagement & Compensation This is a freelance engagement. The freelance rate and any applicable performance based incentive will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and confirmed in the written services agreement.
