Appointment Setter (Business Development Executive)

Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through targeted outreach and market research, ensuring alignment with ideal customer profiles. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their business needs, pain points, and strategic objectives. Articulate the value proposition of our solutions clearly and persuasively, demonstrating how we can address identified challenges. Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring accurate information transfer. Nurture relationships with prospective clients, providing timely follow-up and relevant information to move them through the sales funnel. Maintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline generation. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform outreach strategies. Conduct multi-channel outreach through LinkedIn, cold emails, and cold calls. Prepare prospect research and meeting briefs for the sales team before appointments. Assist with proposal follow-ups and track proposal status until closure. Manage the sales pipeline and CRM through all stages (lead → appointment → proposal → won/lost). Create and refine personalized outreach messages, including email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts.
