Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Build and scale cutting-edge AI workflows and agentic systems Own production-grade AI architecture in a high-growth environment Design and implement scalable AI workflows and agentic architectures. Build end-to-end AI pipelines that integrate models, retrieval systems, and data platforms. Collaborate with Applied AI specialists to deploy innovative AI solutions into production. Optimise performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems across the organisation. Drive best practices in AI engineering, architecture, monitoring, and operational excellence. Desired Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI solutions into production environments. Strong understanding of workflow architecture, orchestration, and AI system design. Experience working with vector databases, retrieval systems, and modern AI frameworks. Background in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related discipline. Proven ability to scale AI applications beyond proof-of-concept or demonstration environments.
