Angular (16+) Front-End Developer Tech Lead

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job description On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Angular (16+) Front-End Developer Tech Lead to join a dynamic financial services company. In this role, you will take ownership of building and optimising high-quality web applications, collaborating closely with backend developers and designers, while also providing technical leadership to the frontend team. Responsibilities Develop user interfaces and solutions for web applications according to specified business requirements. Collaborate with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and functional requirements into functional user interfaces. Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and implementing performance improvements. Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure cross-browser compatibility, usability, and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Angular development and front-end technologies. Work closely with the QA team to identify and address any bugs or issues in the application. Implement Unit tests. Participate in code reviews, identifying anti patterns in the code and refactoring opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years experience developing web applications using Angular 16+ , React or Vue.js. Minum 1-2 years experience leading a team Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Mocha/Jest is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
